Professional conduct & advertising standards

Australian legal practitioners and law practices are subject to professional conduct rules that restrict misleading conduct, false comparisons, and unfair tactics. In Victoria, relevant obligations appear in the Legal Profession Uniform Law and associated regulations and rules. Similar frameworks apply to our lawyers in India and Malaysia under local bar rules.

  • We do not state or imply guaranteed outcomes, “win rates”, or unjustified superiority over other firms.
  • Case studies, examples, and testimonials (where used) are presented accurately and in context, without material omissions.
  • Fees and inclusions for advertised products (such as fixed-fee consultations) are described clearly before payment.
  • Migration and visa information on this site is general; visa criteria change frequently. Formal immigration assistance may, in some circumstances, also involve a registered migration agent—we will tell you if that applies to your matter.
  • Supervision, confidentiality, and conflicts checks operate in line with our professional obligations.

If you believe any website content is unclear or could be read as a promise about your matter, please contact us so we can clarify or correct it.
